Ça y est, on est à la période où on commence sérieusement à courir un peu partout, et il paraît que les tous derniers mois avant le mariage sont les plus stressants pour les préparatifs.
Donc pour les nouvelles, on a trouvé une robe de mariée pour Laura. Elle est toute contente de son choix et a adoré se sentir comme une princesse. On ne poste pas de photo de la robe en entier pour vous laisser la découvrir le jour-même ! Sinon, pour celles qui ont l'intention d'acheter prochainement une robe de mariée, il est important de s'y prendre en avance pour commander la robe. Il est probable qu'elle mette environ 4 mois à arriver en magasin, et il faut noter aussi un temps de marge quand elle arrive pour des corrections et des petits changements. Pour certains magasins, il est possible de commander en "urgence", mais pour cela il y a des frais.
Après un long travail, on a enfin imprimé tous les faire-parts, fait les pliages, et tout et tout, et on les a envoyé.. hier. On va avoir une autre tournée de faire-parts à envoyer, car les adresses qui nous sont données arrivent au compte-gouttes. Le principal est que l'on sache en début juillet qui vient et qui ne vient pas.
Les alliances sont arrivées ! On a adoré les essayer tout en pensant qu'on allait les porter toute notre vie. A l'intérieur des alliances, on va y faire graver "Ensemble à jamais"
Pour ce beau mois d'avril, on a beaucoup de nouvelles choses à faire :
¤ Accessoires pour témoins et demoiselles d'honneur
¤ Chercher des idées de fleurs
¤ Préparer un pot commun pour les personnes qui souhaitent participer (nous n'aurons pas de liste de mariage)
¤ Envoyer tous les faire-parts
¤ Préparer la décoration
¤ Échanger les contacts entre les témoins et demoiselles d'honneur

This month, we found Laura's wedding dress. Laura's really happy and she loved feeling like a princess. But there will be no pictures of the dress in its entirety to keep the surprise! But for those of you who plan on buying one soo, it's important you plan well ahead to order it. It can take 4 months to be delivered and you also need to plan some time to adjust it. In some shops it's possible to order as "urgent" but you have to pay for this service.
After a lot of work we printed all the announcements, folded them and prepared them, and we were able to send them... yesterday. We will have a 2nd round of announcements to send as we didn't get all the addresses yet and we get them one by one. But the more important is that we need to know by July who is coming or not.

The rings arrived! We loved trying them while thinking we will be wearing them for all of our lives. Inside them will be written "Together forever".
This April, here is our to-do list:
¤ Find the accessories for the witnesses and the maids of honour
¤ Look for flowers ideas
¤ Prepare a kitty for people who wants to help us (there will be no wedding list)
¤ Send all the announcements
¤ Prepare the decoration
